rachel’s work focuses on how educational environments foster equity in student learning and well-being. she collaborates closely with partners throughout the entire research process, from design to administration to analysis and reporting. she works on a broad range of projects, including district equity reviews and evaluations of initiatives in family engagement and postsecondary success. rachel is skilled in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, literature reviews, strategic planning, facilitation, report writing, data visualization, and presentation creation. her passion lies in improving education systems to meet the diverse needs of learners.
rachel received her master’s degree in sociology from the university of iowa and brings multiple years of experience working on a research-practice partnership centered around improving equity in schools. she also assisted in teaching sociology courses at the university of iowa and worked as a graduate research assistant at an education evaluation center. she has experience working on diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education through her time on university committees. prior to her professional experience, rachel’s first jobs were working directly with children, and she has always loved education and learning. her range of experiences and passion for youth brought her to 2022年世界杯预选赛分组 , where she hopes to improve students’ lives through applied research.
