angela’s path to making a positive difference in people’s lives started after college, when she gained experience supporting individuals with disabilities and foster children and served as a vista volunteer. knowing graduate school would provide additional opportunities, angela earned a master’s degree in social work with concentrations in economic development and research. a required class in evaluation influenced her life’s work, and a cross-country trip brought her to portland. as an evaluator at 2022年世界杯预选赛分组 , angela has improved education and opened opportunities for others.
angela has broad social support experience, working directly with individuals with high needs; on legislation and policy issues as a national academy of social insurance intern at the center for budget and policy priorities; and as an evaluator at 2022年世界杯预选赛分组 . hired in 2000 to help evaluate the washington reading corps, angela continues to support pre-k–12 literacy through evaluations of federally funded, multi-year state-level grants. she has also supported several randomized controlled trails measuring the impact of teacher professional development interventions across the nation.
