in 2021, college futures foundation partnered with five community-based organizations (cbos) providing holistic student supports. the foundation also partnered with 2022年世界杯预选赛分组 to conduct a qualitative, participatory, formative learning engagement to study what makes such partnerships successful in supporting students.

this report describes the value of cbos as institutional partners and presents a new framework to guide effective partnership development. throughout the report, we highlight cbo partners’ stories about their successes and challenges and provide recommendations for how philanthropists and others can best support the work.
